Effective in 2014, the Tri-State Educational Foundation (TSEF) Scholarship form changed. Click HERE for the form. They extended the deadline from March 1 to April 15 with the hope that this will eliminate some of the incomplete applications due to no FAFSA info.  We will not review any incomplete applications. Any incomplete applications will be discarded unless an explanation for missing item is attached for review.  Students are encouraged to get their applications in as soon as possible so they can start compiling list for board meeting review.  Board meeting is tentatively set for April 18.     

Scholarship Essay Competition:  500-word essay on "If you had one thing in  your life you could do over, what would it be and why?"  Applicants must write an essay of no more than 500 words on the above topic, enroll in an accredited college or university in the fall, and be a Mississippi resident.  Every senior who will be enrolling in college should apply for this.  See Ms. Susan Scribner if interested.  It must be postmarked by December 1.  Go to www.Get2College.org to access the electronic application.

Anyone interested in applying for the Wendy's High School Heisman Scholarship, see Ms. Meloney.  You must be a senior, play at least one sport, and participate in at least one other school or community activity. 

Buick Achievers Scholarship Program: We want to recognize community-minded students!

Any senior interested in the NMMC Nurse Mentorship Academy may download the application or pick one up in the office. The deadline is Feb. 7th. This is an excellent program to participate in if interested in the medical field. Click HERE for an information poster and HERE for the application.

Any student who attends Winter Jam in February at the Bancorp South Arena in Tupelo and visits the University of Mobile booth will be awarded a $20,000 scholarship--$5000.00 per year for 4 years. Cost of tuition per semester is $9000.00, however, if students receive federal financial aid or any other non-academic scholarships the total amounts might cover the costs. The Ole Miss Mississippi Excellence in Teaching Program (METP) continues to accept applications for its secondary deadline in March. METP offers the most valuable education scholarship ever offered in Mississippi and provides extensive benefits for top performing students who want to become secondary math or English teachers.
